Auburn signed a top CB prospect out of Phenix City (Ala.) Central last week in D'Antoine Hood. A year from now, the Tigers hope to do the same with his teammate, junior RB/ATH Orwin Smith.

Smith, 6-foot, 190 pounds, picked up an early offer from the Tigers and is receiving serious attention from several other top schools including Georgia Tech, LSU, Florida, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt and Alabama.
