With his senior season on the gridiron behind him, Kyler Reed now plans to take another look at his future.

The 6-foot-3, 205-pound athlete out of Overland Park (Kan.) St. Thomas Aquinas delivered his pledge to the University of Nebraska back in mid-September. Reed said his commitment to the Huskers remains firm, but he intends to take a look at a couple of other schools to ensure he has a 'backup plan'.
