The Ohio State Buckeyes did not waste anytime getting their first commitment in the class of 2009. On the first day that juniors could be offered, OSU extended an official offer to Jordan Whiting, and he decided that it he didn't need anytime to think about it, and he decided to end his recruitment and become a Buckeye.
