Aggies get commitment from top 75 prospect

AggieYell.com Texas A&M head coach Mark Turgeon got his first commit in the class of 2008 Friday, and it put a shot across the bow of not only the Big 12 conference, but the entire nation that the Aggies are going nowhere in the post-Billy Gillispie era.
Friday, Montverde (FL) Academy point guard Dashan Harris called the A&M coaches to let them know that he would be playing his college ball in College Station.
The 6-foot, 170-pound Rivals.com four-star prospect chose A&M over Kentucky, Indiana, Florida State, USC, California, Cincinnati and Arkansas.
