Two-a-day no problem for Wildcats
Arizona's first two-a-day was on Thursday with the morning practice starting at 7:45am and the afternoon session beginning at 5:30pm. Everything went smoothly as the UA just about hit the midway point of Fall Camp.
While the players were in full pads for the morning session, they just wore shells in the afternoon. In the evening practice, there wasn't anything of note before 7-on-7's, so we'll go straight into that.
Willie Tuitama was given 7-on-7's off, so he watched backups Tyler Lyon and Kris Heavner compete instead.
Lyon started it off, throwing eight passes, completing half. It was rather uneventful, as he found Terrell Reese, Travis Bell, Glyndon Bolasky and Brandon Lopez for about five yards each, but missed on passes to Anthony Johnson (twice), Mike Thomas and Terry Longbons.
