Another 2009 QB adds his name to the mix
It's no secret that the quarterback crop in the state of Texas for the 2009 class is already shaping up to be one of, if not the, deepest ever. Names like Russell Shepard, Jacob Karam, Garrett Gilbert and Cody Green have become well-known to recruiting fans over the past few months. However, there are plenty of other prospects in the class that are worthy of attention in their own right and college coaches have already taken notice.
One such player is Kolby Gray of Cy Falls High School in Houston. With the Golden Eagles making a run to the state championship game with a senior-laden squad a year ago, Gray does not yet have a single start under his belt. However, that has not stopped colleges from taking notice of the 6-foot-2, 180 pound signal-caller.
