Aston American Christian guard Tyreke Evans has been pursued by top programs since he burst onto the scene as a freshman. Since that time, Evans has done nothing to change the opinion that the 6-foot-5 scorer is an elite level prospect in the 2008 class.

Evans, No. 14 in the 2008 class, has a list of eight programs that are under serious consideration, according to his brother Reggie Evans.

Evans is considering Louisville, Villanova, Connecticut, Memphis, Texas, North Carolina, Georgia Tech and Florida.
