All the potential in the world
The Playground Warriors 16 and under team has been outstanding this spring, winning the championship at both the King James in Akron, Ohio and the Speice Run and Slam in Ft. Wayne, Indiana over the past few weekends. To win those types of event you have to have some luck, and some extremely good talent. The talented leader of the Warriors squad is 6-foot-7 Racine (Wis.) Horlick 2009 wing prospect Jamil Wilson.
Warriors coach Brian Johnikin says he always expects great things from Wilson, but sees that he could be even better as he progresses.
A player as highly regarded as Wilson is hearing from schools across the country, but he has a decidedly Midwest flavor in his list.
Illinois, Purdue, Wisconsin, Notre Dame and Marquette are showing the most interest.
