Brendan Beal spent a large part of the winter and spring on the road making unofficial visits to college campuses, an itinerary that included a spring practice visit to Notre Dame. Now the 6-foot-4, 235-pound linebacker from Roxbury, N.J., is entertaining college coaches at his school.
