Kendall Smith can't wait to hit somebody
More than ever, decommitments have become commonplace in college football recruiting. Florida State was not immune from the trend last year as five one time commitments later decommitted. And one recruit, offensive lineman Antwane Greenlee, decommitted from FSU, then later decommitted from Georgia, to only turnaround and re-commit and sign with FSU.
One early Florida State commitment faced enormous pressure to decommit but he never wavered in his decision. As his ranking soared throughout the fall and winter months, linebacker Kendall Smith had more and more schools beating down his door to get him in for an official visit.
