With such a prolific performance at quarterback for Greenwood (AR) High school last fall, it should come as no surprise that Tyler Wilson has finally received a scholarship offer from a school in the Southeastern Conference. That offer came in the mail a week ago from Les Miles and the LSU Tigers.

"We had been off for spring break and we came back to a big stack of mail," he said. "The first one I opened, it was an offer from LSU. LSU is a school I've always been interested in. I was really happy, excited, thrilled. It's something I've always wanted to do.

"I've talked with coach Miles on the phone. He's a great guy, a great coach and he seems like a guy I'd like to play for."
