Wichita Falls Rider safety Markelle Martin committed to Texas A&M at a junior day in early February.

Since that time, the 6-foot-1, 180-pound Martin has left the burden of recruiting behind in order to focus on track season where he is setting the pace in the relay events.

Martin committed to Texas A&M over interest from Texas, Texas Tech, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State.
