Lufkin's Dez Bryant down to two?
Four-star wide receiver Dez Bryant is one of the more puzzling prospects in the state. Arguably the most talented wideout in the state, Bryant was not as widely recruited as his talent would seem to warrant because of academic risks. However, now that Bryant is close to qualifying, teams from all over are scrambling to get a shot at the Lufkin product.
Despite renewed attention from schools like Miami and Oklahoma, Bryant had recently maintained that his top three schools were Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, and LSU. He had visits scheduled to the three schools and was set to make his decision after the visits. The first scheduled visit was last weekend, with Texas Tech.
