Video: Rivals250 DE Houston in Action
Chad Simmons
UGASports.com Georgia commitment Justin Houston played in the Georgia North-South All-Star game late in December and he turned in a solid performance. Houston was just moved up to four stars and is now a member of the Rivals250. UGASports.com was at the All-Star game and we have this exclusive video that is a MUST SEE for Dawg fans.
Prospect: Justin Houston
High School: Statesboro (Lester, Ga.)
Class: 2007
Position: Defensive End
Vitals: 6-3, 230-pounds, 4.7
Offers: Auburn, Florida, South Carolina, Georgia Tech, Georgia, and others.
Favorites: Committed to Georgia.
The Skinny: Houston is a rush end that is solid all the way around. He can really get up field off the edge as a pass rush guy and he does a good job when the ball is ran his way. One of the biggest strengths Houston has is playing disciplined football. He is aggressive, but not overly aggressive. He has a great swim move and is only going to get better. Quickness, intelligence, and potential are words that come to mind when I think of Houston.
He played defensive end in the Georgia North-South All-Star game and he wore number 55. He got after the quarterback quite a few times during this game and we were there to capture this exclusive video.
