Garner (N.C.) five-star wide receiver Chris Culliver took his final official visit of the recruiting process over the weekend when he made the trip to Columbia, S.C., to check out the South Carolina Gamecocks.

"Oh, my visit went very well," the 6-foot, 190-pound Culliver said. "I had a great time the whole time I was there."

Culliver, who runs the 40-yard dash in under 4.4 seconds, said several things stood out about the trip.
