Two teams still sit atop 6-foot-1, 240-pound Germantown (Md.) Seneca Valley Jourdon Brooks' recruiting list. Brooks announced the quartet of Tennessee, Syracuse, Illinois, and Rutgers were his final schools a little over a month ago.

His final two are Tennessee and Illinois.
