It would be easy to say Auburn hasn't been much of a morning team this year. The Tigers have kicked off four times before noon in the 2006 season and have a record of 2-2 in those games.

The two wins came against Mississippi State and Ole Miss, which have a combined record of 7-17. Even against the Rebels, the Tigers squeaked out a 23-17 win in Oxford.

The two losses? They weren't even close. Auburn was blown out at home by both Arkansas and Georgia.

But according to Auburn head coach Tommy Tuberville, it was all coincidence that the Tigers struggled in early games.
