Only one of Florida State's three official visitors this past weekend was already in the bag. Will Furlong, a three-star offensive line from Deland (Fla.), came in to take his official visit to learn more about the program. He left extremely impressed.



"That is the only visit I have been on but I would say it was a 10," Furlong said. "It went very well and I had a very good time. Everybody was very nice, very cool. They took us to practice, out to eat, showed us around all the facilities."



The 6-foot-5, 275-pound offensive lineman, who quickly committed after receiving a scholarship offer last summer, was hosted by defensive tackle Budd Thacker and walk-on fullback Sean Compton. As it turns out, Thacker and Furlong played against other in high school last season.
