UGASports.com traveled up to Athens (Ga.) earlier this fall to get a close look at a very talented junior. Habersham Central wide receiver Tavarres King is as smooth as they come. He catches the ball, he returns punts, he scores, he blocks, and he enjoys it all.

High School: Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, Ga.)

Class: 2008

Position: Wide Receiver

Vitals: 6-1, 165, 4.43

Offers: Clemson, Georgia, Georgia Tech, and Oklahoma

Favorites: Georgia currently leads

The Skinny: King is a very smooth and talented wide receiver. He runs good routes, he likes to block down field, he has big time speed, he is a play-maker, and he has great hands. Weight and strength need to be added over the next year, but King is a kid we expect to become a highly recruited receiver out of the Peach State in 2008.
