OFFENSE
She says: Wow! I think my heart is just returning to normal after that post-Thanksgiving special provided by the Beavers (and it was more fulfilling than any Nordstrom's holiday sale!) I really don't know what can be said about this offensive unit that hasn't already been said, but for them to show the heart and emotion that they showed during the second two thirds of the season is nothing short of amazing.
As an offensive unit they never gave up in the rain and cold of Friday's contest, and quarterback Matt Moore's march down the field in the final minutes was one of his finest performances in orange and black. He culminated his Reser Stadium career with poise and confidence and was rewarded with the memory of being carried off the field on the shoulders of his classmates. Moore solidified his position in Beaver folklore and will always be a Beaver. I won't bore you with gushing praise or be too critical of the fact that I really thought this year's offense would score more touchdowns. The Beavers hung together and did what they needed to do for the win, period. And it was a win against the Ducks, what could be better?
