FSU defensive front limping into Clemson game

Warchant.com It looks like the Florida State defense will have face an angry Clemson squad this weekend without their starting and backup noseguard.
In the first quarter of Saturday's Troy game, junior Paul Griffin fell awkwardly on his left leg resulting in a knee injury. The initial diagnosis was a hyper-extension but that could change when the results of an MRI scan done Monday morning become known. In his weekly luncheon with the Boosters, head coach Bobby Bowden said he would be "shocked" if Griffin was able to play this weekend.
