Freshman wide-out Henry learning the ropes
Will Henry would like nothing more this season than to get some playing time for the Huskers at the wide receiver position, but the lanky freshman realizes there's plenty of work to do before that can happen.
First, there's that complicated West Coast Offense playbook to learn. After that, there's the matter of competing for playing time with a receiving corps that features a mix of talented veterans and newcomers.
"I'm a positive person," Henry said during his first interview of fall camp. "Just like every good player that comes into a program, they want to start. You're not a football player if you don't want to come into a program and start. Hopefully, I can play this year, but I've got to earn my shot just like everyone else."
