The Vanderbilt Commodores added another talented prospect to their 2007 recruiting class when Prattville (Ala.) dual-threat quarterback Larry Smith has decided to play college football in the Southeastern Conference.

"He committed to Vanderbilt last night," Prattville head coach Bill Clark said. "Larry's a very good academic student. Academics are very important to Larry and I think that did it for him."
