Magnolia Heights OL and Bulldog commitment Addison Lawrence was in Starkville last weekend attending camp and got a chance to show off for his new team. He also got a chance to help recruit for his new coaches and teammates. Lawrence talks about his experience and what he feels he was able to accomplish on both fronts.

"It was a great camp," he said. "I enjoyed it. I had a good time. I learned a lot from coach Grimes. I got to learn the coaching staff real good. I developed a relationship with them and I like their way of teaching the game."

Having already committed, Lawrence was able to take a different approach than other participants.

"I could relax a little more, but at the same time I wanted to give the coaches a good show and let them know they got a good player when they offered me," he explained.

So did he pick up anything new at the camp?
