Earlier in July, Georgia held their final summer camp and around two hundred prospects were on hand. Out of that large number, a handful of Georgia commitments were in Athens competing. One of the future Dawgs in attendance was Trinton Sturdivant. Sturdivant met Tanner Strickland, a future teammate and learned a lot about him while in Athens. Both Sturdivant and Strickland had a strong camp performance and were easily the top two offensive linemen there.

Once these two met for the first time early Friday afternoon, they spent a lot of time together before they departed on Saturday.
