The word has gotten out on Big Spring quarterback Ryan Tannehill.

The 6-foot-4, 195-pound Tannehill received his first offer from a major BCS program Monday when Texas A&M extended him an offer.

Tannehill has scholarship offers from Texas A&M, UTEP, Houston, Tulsa, TCU and New Mexico State.
