Moving into No. 1 spot?
Tight end is a position where Nebraska will be looking to add at least one player in the 2007 recruiting class. One of their top targets is 6-foot-3, 217-pound Ian Harris of San Antonio (Texas) Churchill. Coming off a strong showing at the NIKE Camp in College Station, Harris has been building his offer list by the day.
Harris said that spring practice at Churchill was a busy time.
Nebraska, Texas A&M, Arizona and TCU were the most frequent visitors.
Along with the Huskers, Harris also holds offers from Arizona, Oklahoma State, Missouri, UTEP, Purdue, and Utah. There are also several other schools that may be close to offering the talented prospect, including Northwestern, TCU and MIchiga State.
