One of the newest prospects to receive a scholarship offer from Georgia Tech is DeMario Ambrose, a defensive end from Davidson High School in Mobile, Ala. Ambrose, who is 6-foot-4 and 240 pounds, is now up to six offers after the Yellow Jackets offered him last week.

"I had lots of people talk to me this spring and I have a few more offers too," Ambrose said. "I now have offers from Georgia Tech, Louisiana-Lafayette, South Florida, Memphis, Southern Miss and UAB."

Charles Kelly is recruiting Ambrose for the Jackets.
