Santa Ana, Calif., Community College athlete David Buehler is either a late bloomer, or a recruit getting the jump on his graduation class.

At 6-foot-2, 220-pounds, Buehler isn't your ordinary recruit. As a kicker, he averaged 75 yards per kickoff, but as a safety, Buehler can run the 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds. However, today Buehler is more than just an athlete.

"I committed to USC this morning and became a Trojan," said Buehler.
