Bostick stays in state
Lancaster (Pa.) Manheim Township quarterback Pat Bostick announced his college destination Friday morning at a press conference at his school. To no one's surprise, the Rivals100 passer committed to the Pitt Panthers and hopes to take over for Tyler Palko as early as next year.
"I knew it was going to be Pitt pretty much from the start of the process," said the 6-foot-3, 196-pounder. "When I went there and met all the coaches the first time, I just felt at home. The program, the school, the opportunity, everything was perfect for me. They always made me feel like I was No. 1 for them and that was important."
