They are often the forgotten men, but ones that hold a great deal of potential. Redshirts are the grunts. For an entire fall they don black jerseys and serve as tackling dummies and stand-ins on the scout team while their counterparts who see the field go about practice. That changes in a little less than two weeks when the redshirt freshmen go full ahead with locking down a spot on the depth chart. Who might make a move this spring?
