The arrival of head coach Butch Jones ans his staff has prompted plenty of new names on the Vols recruiting board. One of the newest names is athlete/quarterback John Franklin from Plantation, Fla. Franklin, who is committed to Florida State, is scheduled to see the Vols next weekend.
