Defense shows improvement in second outing

Co-defensive coordinator Joe DeForest was excited over the fact that the defense rose to the occasion in the red zone against James Madison, especially at this young stage in the season.
"You're glad you're put in this situation so early in the year so you can teach off of it and our kids got excited to play the game and it showed," he said.
