Two months ago, Tampa (Fla.) Jesuit linebacker Vincent Jackson arrived in Los Angeles (Calif.) for the Trojans Rising Stars Camp with approximately 19 scholarships to his name. Today, the 6-foot-2, 235-pound linebacker has 28 scholarships offers while he awaits the first rep of his junior season.
