First Blitz Bit: Yesterday we informed you that Mississippi State walk-on guard Reed Clayton has also decided to leave the basketball team. The 5-foot-9, 146-pounder from Tupelo, Miss., played in nine games for the Bulldogs last season and hit one free throw. I also talked with walk-on Tyson Cunningham yesterday who told me the workouts with strength coach Richard Akins are a little more intense than usual this year.
