Richmond Hill (Ga.) junior quarterback Dominique Allen is starting to catch the attention of a lot of big time programs after a fast 3-0 start to the 2011 season. The Wildcats have outscored their opponents 115-40 in their first three games and much of that offense has come from the arm and legs of Allen.
