On Friday, Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Cardinal Gibbons outside linebacker Erick Hallmon indicated that he and the Texas Tech Red Raiders, whom he had been committed to since late March, had parted ways. Hallmon explained how it came to be that he was no longer bound for Lubbock, Texas.
