Mountain Ridge safety [db]Jarrod Harper[/db] was the first in-state Maryland commitment and the first member of West Virginia's recruiting class this year. But since pledging to the Mountaineers back on February 22, Harper has faded into the background a bit.

Turns out he's been awfully busy in the two months since his commitment.
