For Savon Huggins, it was impossible to ignore Rutgers for the simple fact that the Scarlet Knights were there first. Head coach Greg Schiano offered Huggins his first scholarship, and Huggins returned the favor with his last official visit. But in the two years between, through five official visits and 11 unofficial ones, the state university was always there.
