Bulldogs get in work indoors
Mississippi State escaped the frigid winter temperatures inside the Palmeiro Center Sunday night to continue their Gator Bowl preparations.
The Bulldogs are utilizing their extra practices by getting some of the more inexperienced players some work building towards the future.
"It was a good day, just kind of more of what we've been doing," said MSU head coach Dan Mullen. "It was more instillation, kind of a day two instillation with the young guys. It's good to see these guys and what it's going to do is give them a foundation going into the offseason."
Most of MSU's starters have given way to underclassmen once the scrimmage portion of practice arrives. Several players have taken advantage of the opportunity like Dylan Favre, Nick Griffin, Robert Johnson, Malcolm Johnson, Jameon Lewis, Damien Robinson, Brandon Hill, Dillon Day, Eric Lawson, Kaleb Eulls, Ferlando Bohanna and Jay Hughes among others.
