Kevin Kane has spent a good deal of time with Wisconsin defensive coordinator Dave Doeren.

The Parkville, Mo., native played four years under Doeren at Kansas and served the last two as a graduate assistant for the Badgers, helping primarily on the defensive side of the ball.
