Vincent shines at all-star game
There were players with famous last name, such as Case McCoy. There were players with more stars in front of their name, like Gainesville (Ga.) athlete Blake Sims. And, at the end of the day, it was one under-rated three-star running back -- Kevin Parks Jr., from Mount Ulla, N.C. - who took home the biggest award.
But at the O-D All-American Bowl in Myrtle Beach, S.C. on Saturday, another under-the-radar recruit culminated a week-long headline heist in a stand-out performance. Missouri commit Lucas Vincent forced a fumble early, and made a play late, to help the West squad shut out the East, 35-0, in the fourth installment of the all-star game.
