Clint Trickett ready for the next chapter
Clint Trickett's high school career ended the other night in the FACA All-Star Football Classic where he threw for two touchdowns and 175 yards for the North squad. Just as he did throughout the season for North Florida Christian, he strived to be the best on the field and used his leadership to help rally his team. Although it was a losing effort, Trickett maintains that it was a good experience.
"We came up a little short, losing 27-23. But, I had a lot of fun. I knew coming in that if we got some time in the pocket, we would make some plays and we did that thanks to Tallahassee Leon wide receiver Brandon Graham and Godby wide receiver Chris St. Hilaire. Both of those guys caught my touchdown passes, so that was pretty neat that two Tallahassee guys made the touchdowns because I know those guys pretty well. Overall, the experience was very good because the speed of the game. The talent here gets you ready for college," said Trickett.
