Alcorn State opened up Wednesday night's game against top-ranked Kansas on a 4-0 run. The Jayhawks quickly responded with 36 straight points, and in doing so, cruised to a 98-31 victory. Four players scored in double-figures for Kansas, including a game-high 18 apiece from Sherron Collins and Xavier Henry. In moving to 6-0 on the season, Kansas won its fifth game by double-digits.
